Total Member View


Total Member View (TMV) is a read-only dashboard that simplifies administration by coordinating access to member-centric patient information, allowing providers who are part of a patient’s care and service team to easily access the patient’s record through a self-service website. Providers can view clinical and case management data about a particular member’s record through the Total Member View tool.

 

To use Total Member View

Don’t have an Availity account?

Finding Total Member View on Availity

  1. From the Availity homepage, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation.
  2. Select the appropriate payer tile.
  3. From the Payer Spaces homepage, select the Applications tab.
  4. Select the Total Member View application.

Note: In order to access the tool, your organization’s Availity Administrator needs to grant you the Total Member View role
